Architectural Estimation Engineer

As an Architectural Estimation Engineer at Modutec, your role involves carrying out estimations for Architectural works on board Vessels, Rigs & Platforms. Your key responsibilities include: - Establishing good working relationships with managers and supervisors to ensure efficient response to enquiries and tenders. - Acting as a liaison between the company and clients to clarify tenders/enquiries. - Estimating costs using Excel spreadsheet models, accurately costing off enquiries/tenders, and providing relevant information to management for decision-making. - Compiling, checking, and submitting survey documents. - Adhering to Modutec QHSE Procedures and reporting any non-conformances or suggested improvements. - Ensuring full awareness of the Internal Management System and supporting Modutec Company Values. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent estimating experience within engineering or fabrication. - Experience in using computer-based estimating models and compiling tender responses. - Fluent in English language is mandatory. - Must have a transferable visa (NOC Letter).
