Experience of 5+ years of architectural draughtsman required:
- Handling CMDA and DTCP approvals and meeting with the officials for the approval
- Understand the scheme and should be efficient in further proceeding with working drawing- Architectural knowledge- Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings and design.- Preparation of approval drawing based on approved scheme.- Knowledge of MEP, plumbing, structural, electrical and firefighting drawings.- Site execution work knowledge.
- Pre-DCR Knowledge
- Do documentation and filing system etc.,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
