BIM job description
§ Experience in Commercial building construction
§ Must have working experience in drafting drawings in Autocad of commercial projects
§ Knowledge of 2D and 3D software
§ Production of construction documents, shop drawings, field direction documents
§ Ability to take information from several different drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and field input to create coordinated documents
§ Understands drafting convention / standards
§ Knows how or will learn how to work in a single, multi-discipline collaborative model
§ Be able to communicate well with multiple other team members across different disciplines
