Architectural Assistant

ATC Design Studio is a young, multidisciplinary practice working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, branding, and digital design. They are seeking a passionate and versatile Junior Architect & Design Trainer to join their founding team. This hybrid role combines architectural project work with teaching responsibilities, with the aim of nurturing the next generation of design thinkers and creators. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Architectural & Design Support** - Assist in conceptual and schematic designs. - Prepare 2D working drawings, 3D models, and presentation visuals. - Support space planning, material selections, and detailing. - Attend site visits and assist with project documentation. - Collaborate with senior designers and clients during design development. - **Training & Mentorship** - Conduct sessions on tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop. - Mentor students and interns on live design projects. - Assist in creating training content for online/offline formats. - Encourage learning through workshops, assignments, and design challenges. **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent. - Experience: 2 years (Freshers welcome with a teaching mindset). - Strong skills in at least 3 of the following: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva. - Passion for teaching and mentoring. - Creative, self-motivated, and open to working in a startup-style environment.
