Architect/Draftsman(Female Candidates Preferred)

Architectural Drafting: Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Design Collaboration: Work closely with customers and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.

Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements, ensuring designs are practical and feasible.

Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design revisions, specifications, and material lists.

Client Engagement: Assist in presenting design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final plans.

Quality Control: Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all details are correctly represented.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, D. Arch, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design, preferably in residential construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
