Architect

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with hands-on experience in both architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design development, detailing, and 3D visualization, with the ability to take projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects
• Prepare 2D layouts, 3D models, renders, and construction drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings for interior projects
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to creative problem-solving

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both architectural and interior work
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp
• V-Ray or Lumion for rendering
• Photoshop for presentations
• Good understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
