Role Overview:
Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Design Coordination:
Liaise with external architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and landscape designers to align project design with functional and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as a central communication point between internal teams (Sales, Planning, Projects, Legal) and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate design deliverables. Architectural Oversight:
Review and validate architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and BOQs to ensure consistency with project vision, feasibility, and local codes. Project Development Support:
Provide design-related input during concept design, feasibility studies, project budgeting, and value engineering exercises. Site Interface:
Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure on-site implementation matches approved designs and resolve architectural issues as they arise. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all architectural work complies with DCR, NBC, and local municipal and environmental regulations (BMC, MCGM, MOEF, etc.). Design Quality & Innovation:
Advocate design best practices, sustainability, and customer-centric layouts that enhance the livability and marketability of projects.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute; additional certification in urban design/planning is a plus. Experience:
510 years of relevant work experience in the real estate sector, preferably in mid to large-scale residential or mixed-use projects. - Proficient in
AutoCAD
, SketchUp
, Revit
, Photoshop
, and other design tools; knowledge of MS Office and project management software is desirable. - Strong understanding of building bye-laws, DCPR, fire norms, and construction processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and problem-solving capabilities.
