The company aims to build happy communities and focuses on developing residential townships with a strong emphasis on environmental management and safety standards. * Role Description * This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Riyasat Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. located in Panvel , Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management, ensuring the successful execution of real estate projects. * Qualifications * Work closely with senior architects to create and develop design concepts for residential, commercial, and township projects. * Develop architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, etc.) as per the finalized design concept. * Ensure that designs meet client requirements, building codes, and regulations. * Architecture and Architectural Design skills * Software Development and Integration expertise * Project Management abilities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field * Experience in real estate development projects * Working at sloppy area and township working at slop * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software. * Knowledge of local zoning laws, construction codes, and industry best practices. * Effective communication skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external consultants.
