Role Overview

As an Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and four years of professional experience, you will play a key role in designing and planning buildings and structures. Your expertise in architectural principles, design aesthetics, and construction methods will contribute to creating functional, sustainable, and visually compelling spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Develop creative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
• Material Selection: Recommend appropriate building materials considering design intent, budget, and sustainability.
• Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and legal standards.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present concepts, and refine designs.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and interior elements.
• Project Management: Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables are met within scope and budget.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections to evaluate construction quality, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to plans.
• Sustainable Practices: Incorporate eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions into design proposals.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and detailing.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
