Architect (Junior and senior)

New Urban Concepts is a leading architectural firm based in Bhubaneswar, specializing in large-scale housing projects. We provide a creative and collaborative work environment and are currently looking for passionate architects to join our team in Senior and Junior Architect positions. As a Senior Architect at New Urban Concepts, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale housing projects from concept to completion. This role involves coordinating with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project execution. Additionally, you will supervise junior architects and team members, ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations, and project timelines. Your responsibilities will also include preparing design documentation, client presentations, attending meetings, monitoring progress, and conducting site visits for quality control. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects to assist with design, drafting, and documentation. You will support project coordination and collaborate with consultants, attend client meetings, and contribute to presentations. In addition, you will conduct site visits, assist with project reporting and documentation, and support project scheduling and administrative tasks. Qualifications for the Senior Architect position include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience in large-scale housing projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is required. For the Junior Architect position, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture is necessary, and 0-2 years of experience is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
