Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and design concepts
Support 3D modeling, rendering, and material boards
Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Research materials, finishes, and design references
Maintain project documentation and assist in client presentations
Pursuing B. Arch (3rd year and above) or recent graduate
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
Knowledge of rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) is a plus
Strong design sense and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Portfolio submission is mandatory
Experience working on residential, commercial, and interior projects
Guidance from senior architects and exposure to real-time project processes
Opportunity to develop design, technical, and presentation skills
Certification and recommendation letter upon completion
