Architect / Interior Designer Commercial

As a Senior Architect / Interior Designer in the commercial sector at a leading multi-disciplinary design firm in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-end commercial and corporate interior projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and presenting innovative design concepts tailored for corporate and commercial environments. - Preparing and reviewing architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Leading material selection, detailing, and quality control processes across projects. - Utilizing visualization tools like Lumion and Enscape to effectively communicate design intent. - Collaborating closely with corporate clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - Supervising on-site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines. - Staying updated on industry trends and integrating modern design strategies into project planning. - Leveraging AI tools like Midjourney for conceptual explorations and ideation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. - 5-8 years of experience in commercial interior and architectural design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and MS Excel. - Experience with AI tools for design conceptualization is a plus. - Strong communication and project coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
