**Job Description:** As a Freelance Architect Plot & Home Design Specialist at Evergreen Homes & Properties, you will play a crucial role in designing custom homes and villas, optimizing plot usage, and ensuring client satisfaction through visually striking and functional architecture. Your responsibilities will include converting client concepts into practical designs, coordinating with internal teams, and staying updated with design trends and sustainable practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design custom homes and villas tailored to individual plot sizes and client requirements. - Develop efficient plot layout plans to maximize land usage and adhere to modern living standards. - Transform client ideas into practical and visually appealing architectural designs. - Provide detailed 2D plans, 3D elevations, and interior layout suggestions. - Create aesthetically pleasing yet practical architectural solutions for diverse site conditions. - Collaborate with internal site engineers and project managers to ensure seamless design execution. - Keep abreast of current residential design trends, materials, and sustainable practices. - Maintain clear drawings and documentation to facilitate approvals and construction processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and plot-based architectural projects. - Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in plot development and home architecture. - Excellent knowledge of Kerala's architectural styles, vastu compliance (preferred), and modern design sensibilities. - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools. - Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.,
