Job Title: Architect Designer II

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibility:

● Preparing and designing preliminary plans

● Develop design ideas working with team

● Develop design schemes and feasibility studies

● Coordinate with other disciplines

● Learn and understand International Building Codes

● Create presentation books for client presentations.

● Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols

● No site visits required.

Qualifications:

● 3-5 years of experience in US project-related field required

● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Enscape etc.

● Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge

● Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.

● Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.

● Ability to think critically and creativity skills

● Strong verbal and written skills

● Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines

● Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Work Authorization:

● India

Job Type: Full-time

Onwards: ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelors in Architecture

Experience:

• Total work: 3-5 years (Preferred)
• Revit: 3 years (Required)
• At least 3 years of exp. in the US projects

Language:

• English (Required)
