Architect cum 3D Designer

As an Architect cum 3D Designer at Avanidhara Infrastructure And Interiors Pvt. Ltd. in Dehradun, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, and producing high-quality renderings and visualizations. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure project execution meets regulations and standards. Additionally, you will be expected to work on creating 3D visualizations for interior and architectural projects, bringing concepts to life with accuracy in scale, textures, and lighting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs and 3D models - Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD - Create high-quality renderings and visualizations - Collaborate with clients and internal teams for project execution - Ensure designs comply with regulations and standards - Develop detailed 3D visualizations for interior & architectural projects - Collaborate with designers & architects to bring concepts to life - Ensure accuracy in scale, textures, and lighting Technical Skills & Software Proficiency: - AutoCAD 2D drafting & detailing - SketchUp 3D modeling - V-Ray / Lumion / D5 Render for rendering & visualization - Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and textures - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently - Rendering expertise in V-Ray - Ability to read architectural drawings & convert them into 3D visuals Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field - 3-4 years of experience in architectural cum 3D Designer - Portfolio showcasing previous work If you are passionate about architecture and visualization, we would love to hear from you!
