Architect

Role Overview: As an Architect at Buildiyo, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed architectural drawings and ensuring project quality and compliance throughout all stages of construction. Your passion for design and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Create accurate plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD. - Work on architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings as well as GFC detail drawings. - Lead a design/execution team and efficiently manage multiple projects. - Conduct site visits to evaluate quality and safety standards adherence. - Collaborate with internal teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets. - Offer technical input and design recommendations during the construction process. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - 2-3 years of experience in architecture or construction (Skilled freshers may also apply). - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render (knowledge of Revit or Lumion is a plus). - Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.,
