Architect (ATC)

Job Title: Architect (ATC) Experience Level Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (last 2 years in large-scale network architecture) Key Responsibilities As an Architect (ATC), you will: Architecture & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology-based solutions and services are supported by robust architectures, systems, and operating models. Evaluate business requirements to identify technology solutions. Network Services Management: Oversee Network Services, including Projects, Operations, Optimization, Automation, and Security. Own network implementation, operations, reliability, and processes. Innovation & Deployment: Partner with cross-technology teams to drive innovation, development, and deployment of Next Gen Wireless Network, LAN/WAN, Cloud, Security, and conferencing/collaboration solutions. Business Alignment: Partner with lines of business to understand evolving work trends in design, engineering, and modeling applications that require network infrastructure support. NetDevOps & Automation: Participate in a NetDevOps operating model to accelerate change delivery. Work with automation teams to design, code, test, and deliver software to automate repetitive operational work. Service Improvement & Reliability: Drive service improvement activities. Develop software for reliability and scale, ensuring minimal refactoring. Ensure network operational support at scale for Block, Object, and File, both on-prem and in the public cloud. Incident Management & Remediation: Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless postmortems, and ensure permanent closure. Perform regular audits to proactively identify and remediate network risks or issues. Strategic Influence: Influence portfolio investments for key technology solutions aligned with strategic roadmaps. Process Enhancement: Identify gaps between requirements and current procedures, drive resolution of mitigating controls. Develop and implement solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance client experience, and improve efficiency. Engage in process re-engineering with business partners. Change Execution: Successfully execute infrastructure weekend changes in production environments. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Competencies: Network Certifications: CCNP/CCNA or equivalent certification. Network Architecture: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with the last 2 years in large-scale network architecture design, implementation, and support of network deployment, implementation, and operations. Technology Domains: Proficiency in one or more technology domains; capable of being a cross-domain expert to solve complex, mission-critical problems. Network Technologies: Experience with Next Gen Wireless Network, LAN/WAN, Cloud, Security, and conferencing/collaboration technology solutions. Automation: Experience working with automation teams to design, code, test, and deliver software for automation. Storage Network: Experience ensuring network operational support for Block, Object, and File (on-prem and public cloud). Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience , with the last 2 years focused on large-scale network architecture design, implementation, and support. ITIL certifications are an added advantage. Essential Professional Skills Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technological ideas to non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues. Work Ethic: Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, and prioritize work. Vendor Management: Significant experience working with vendors, professional services, and providers.
