SimTek LMS is backed by the deep domain expertise of AWS Cloud. This is a full-time, on-site role for an ArchiCAD v27 professional with 3-5 years of experience, located in Riyadh. As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and plans, ensuring compliance with US construction codes, collaborating with the project management team, and participating in site inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans. Your role demands proficiency in using ArchiCAD v27 for drafting and modeling, and involves regular interaction with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the design. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in using ArchiCAD v27 for drafting and modeling, possess 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and planning, have knowledge of US construction codes and standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project management teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, experience conducting site inspections to ensure compliance, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a relevant degree in Architecture or a related field are essential. Experience working in an on-site role is preferred.,
