Marketing Engineer pune 2 - 5 years INR 1.0 - 2.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities Identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential customers through online and offline channels. Generate leads using online resources, industry directories, and social media platforms. Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and provide suitable product recommendations. Take regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure continuous business development. Independently plan and execute marketing activities to promote automobile parts across target markets. Manage online marketing campaigns, including posting products on digital platforms and responding to inquiries. Maintain a database of clients, inquiries, and sales pipeline using digital tools or spreadsheets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Prepare and share daily sales and marketing reports with senior management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategy improvements. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade shows, and online interactions. Ensure effective communication and follow-up in both Hindi and English with clients across regions. Maintain a proactive and target-driven approach toward achieving business growth. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automobile Engineering. Experience: 25 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile parts industry. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automobile components, market trends, and customer needs. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English. Marketing Skills: Proficient in online product promotion through social media, B2B platforms, and digital marketing tools. Sales Ability: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Independence: Capable of handling marketing activities with minimal supervision. Follow-up Skills: Strong follow-up discipline with customers for inquiries, quotations, and order closures. Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation methods. Work Ethic: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required. Personality: Confident, persuasive, and adaptable to different client scenarios.
