Job Description: • Support and Development for the Archer GRC Platform • Develop and maintain expert understanding of Archer/GRC. • Provide technical guidance and advice on all technologies integrated with enterprise GRC tool. • Perform advanced technical presentations for infrastructure and business stakeholders. • Develop advanced system configurations and implementations in response to customer needs and requirements. • Actively participate as a SME for Archer, providing consultative support to other developers. • Manage all customer feature requests including documentation of customer requirements, prioritization of all customer requests, and driving development of key features within Archer. • Perform research, system analysis, troubleshooting, programming or other activities which might be required for development and support of Archer GRC platform. • Participate in the technical design and development of new products or system enhancements. • Perform aspects of agile software development, including user story writing, release and iteration planning, agile modeling and design, development, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and software documentation • Gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements as needed for successful Archer implementations. • Designing and building processes and technical requirements for Archer implementations Skillsets/Experience • 5-12 Years of Archer eGRC development experience • Experience in Archer Advanced Workflow experience. • Subject matter expert for RSA Archer eGRC SmartSuite, with knowledge of Archer system architecture and core concepts related to Governance, Risk Management & Compliance • Develops/Modifies/Maintains Archer Applications, Dashboards, iViews, Mail Merge Templates, Data Feeds and Reports • Solid understanding of system integration, interface methods, API's, SOA, etc. • Experience with a web application, web service development, web frameworks and scripting (IIS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, Regular Expressions, etc.) • Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network, databases, and servers), services, security standards and best practices • Practical experience gathering business requirements, conceptualizing, or designing solutions. • Experience with the software development life cycle and agile development principles. • Experience with a data analysis and reporting (SQL, SSRS, Excel BI Tools, Power BI) • Archer certification is required
