Job Title: AR Caller Qualification: +2/PUC Pass. Any Graduates Experience: 3-5 Years Must Have Skills: lExcellent Communication Skills lBasic Computer Skills lGood Listening Skills lGood Reporting Skills Good to Have Skills: lSound knowledge in Healthcare concept. lShould have 10+ months of AR calling Experience. lExcellent Knowledge on Denial management. lUnderstand the client requirements and specificationsof the project lShould be proficient in calling the insurance companies. lEnsure targeted collections are met on a daily /monthly basis lMeet the productivity targets of clients within thestipulated time. lEnsure accurate and timely follow up on pending claims wherein required. lPrepare and Maintain status reports Roles and Responsibilities: 1. should handle US Healthcare providers / Physicians/ Hospital's Accounts Receivable. 2 . To work closely with the team leader. 3 . Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards. 4 . Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims. 5 . Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes. 6 . To review emails for any updates 7 . Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor 8 . Update Production logs 9 . Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.
