Report any operational issues or abnormalities to the Process Supervisor/Engineer. Control the operation of plant systems and machinery. Identify causes of equipment or process malfunctions and take corrective actions. Conduct daily checks of the wastewater treatment process and periodic pump station inspections. Perform scheduled weekend checks of the plant on a rotating basis. Carry out routine tasks including equipment cleaning, chemical application, monitoring, and data collection. Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, pipes, motors, engines, and boilers. Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications. Operate computerized control systems to regulate treatment processes. Monitor treated water quality to ensure compliance with applicable cleanliness and sanitation standards.
