Job Title: Apprentice Trainee Individual Relationship Officer - Two Wheeler (IRO-TW) Purpose of the Job: To provide Learn and Earn opportunity for Fresher candidates under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) for 12 months’ period. Upon successful completion of assessment at the end of the apprenticeship period, the incumbent will be awarded with a government recognized certificate. And also an opportunity to get confirmed on the rolls of the organization subject to the organization’s discretion based on business requirements and performance. Job Description: Sourcing customers: Apprentice Trainee IRO -TW is responsible for meeting with prospects, understanding their needs, generating leads, following up the leads for interested prospects Running required credit checks: Apprentice Trainee IRO -TW is responsible for filling sourcing sheets of interested customers; for collecting required KYC documents; verifying the KYC documents; for conducting cash flow analyses; and for running business and residential CPVs Collecting repayments on the field: Apprentice Trainee IRO -TW is responsible for the overall portfolio quality - collecting on field repayments; and for managing non-repayment by customers Participating in marketing and branding events: As necessary Education: 10th/12th/ ITI / Diploma Graduates Age Criteria: 18-28 Yrs. Mandatory Documents – Double Vaccination and Driving License or Learning License Exp. Required: 0 years (Fresher) Salary: Stipend of Rs. 10,000/- Per Month plus Other Benefits as per below.
