Job Description

As an R&D Engineer, this role involves automating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to ensure seamless application delivery and scaling. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to optimize the deployment process and infrastructure. This position requires strong programming skills in GoLang, along with a solid understanding of cloud and container technologies.

You have:

Minimum 5+ experience Design and Development (microservices, DevOps)
Strong Programming skills(Go).
Infra skills (Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra).
Experience in Cloud technologies and telecom environment.
Experience in Continuous Integration

It would be nice if you also had:

Self-motivated and willing to work Collaboratively for Team success.
Experience in Agile/scrum/DevOps practices. Ability to work in constraints and overcome them.
Ability to challenge status quo, Willing to work Collaboratively for Team success, Be Self-motivated with drive and ownership, have a Continuous learning mindset with a Result oriented can do attitude

Program Execution: You will work as developer along with a team in creating well tested high quality software. You will apply modern agile development & DevOps practices in achieving this.
Lead the team in feature analysis , creating tasks , implementation of task along with team , tracking the feature closely and take appropriate steps if there is deviation in progress , and deliver the feature on time with good quality
With quality mindset ,contribute towards improvements in the product by identifying improvement area
