Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE Role Description:An SME role in different networking technologies like switching, routing, WAN optimizers, Network analyzers etc. Work experience in Enterprise Data Center technologies like Nexus, Arista platforms. Excellent network troubleshooting skills. Play a key role in network operations with sound hands-on experience. Good knowledge on standard IT operation procedures including incident, change, problem management etc.Key Responsibilities: Perform assessments of client network environments, identify gaps and performance improvement opportunities based on leading industry practices. Technical Support for major incident bridges. Review/approve Critical changes respect to Enterprise Data Centers/Critical Sites. Vulnerability Review and Remediation with OEMs. Work with clients to develop network strategies for architecture and engineering solutions from concept through implementation. Assess, Review the network design and implementation projects. Develop network detailed designs in the following areas:software defined networking, network segmentation, network access control, network security and cloud networking components. Analyze and provide recommendations for emerging network technologies. Implement network infrastructures solutions (hands-on engineering, configuration, testing, deployment, and initial support) Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients. Review and develop internal white papers and knowledge capital on network technology topics. Mentor L3 engineers.Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in network infrastructure solutions architecture, engineering, implementation, integrations and operations of enterprise and carrier-class networks Minimum of 8 years of technical experience and strong working knowledge of IP Internetworking, LAN Switching, WAN and network security are expected. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with cloud-based network infrastructures (AWS & Azure) Expert knowledge of the IP protocol suite Extensive experience with the following technologies preferably Cisco ACI, Cisco SD WAN, SD Access, MPLS, VRF, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, PBR, VSS, Cisco ISE, WAN Optimization technologies, F5 (Load Balancer). Experience with network segmentation, management, automation, and orchestration tools (i.e. Cisco DNA center, HPOO and others). Scripting experience with Python and other languages are desired.Preferred Skills: Desired vendor certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CCDP and others). 8 years of hands-on experience with three or more Cisco platforms Previous network consulting practice experience is preferred. Experience with non-Cisco products and technologies such as Arista, F5 and Security Products Proficiency in Microsoft VISIO.
