Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also require you to interpret complex issues and design tailored resolutions, drawing on your extensive product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Expert level knowledge of DDI solutions preferable InfoBlox with extensive experience of usage in large complex enterprises.

Proven experience with Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions NIOS and BloxOne.- Strong CLI and GUI skills for Infoblox products. o Preferably Threat Defense and/or Advance DNS Protection.- Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices and principles, particularly in relation to DNS and DHCP.- Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, or network.- Able to deploy and manage DDI platforms on private Cloud, Azure, AWS and / or VMware vSphere environments.- Must Have

Skills:

Experience with cloud-based network solutions.- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
