Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor & maintain applications 24/7 on rotational basisPerformance analysis of the functionality of applications and suggest significant improvements.Offer software application testing and support.Debug and analysing the root causes of application errors.Maintain comprehensive documentation of monitoring setups, configurations, and incident reports.Work closely with IT teams and other stakeholders to address monitoring needs and improve system performance.Skills:Hands-on experience with Linux/Sql and basic network configuration. Knowledge on preparing sql queries and optimization skills. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field.
