job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, efficiently manage support queries, and ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL (including joins and complex queries), a good understanding of business processes, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to install and configure software, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate bugs effectively to the development team. JD : Provide first and second-level technical support across the organization. Resolve user queries within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Write and execute complex SQL queries with multiple joins, filters, and conditions for analysis and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and optimize queries using JOINs. Identify bugs or data issues and escalate to the software team with clear documentation. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Perform installation, configuration, and updates of software on user systems. Set up and prepare new systems with all required applications. Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, prepare reports, and support troubleshooting efforts. Understand and support business workflows, ensuring alignment with IT processes. Maintain accurate documentation, including issue logs, resolutions, SOPs, and support guides. Collaborate with other teams to improve user satisfaction and system functionality. Experience in bug tracking, issue escalation, and resolution processes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7).
