Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and effectively, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the systems that support essential business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Good to have skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5.

Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with integration processes between SAP and other systems.

Experience in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Nagpur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
