The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms and distributed computing environments.- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex software ecosystems.- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues.- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
