Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a proactive approach to system management and improvement. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of new software features.

Provide training and support to junior team members on best practices.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.

Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
