Role Overview:The hands-on developer responsible for building, training, and fine-tuning the individual AI agents. This role focuses on implementing the logic, tool usage, and reasoning capabilities of each agent as defined by the AI Architect. Key Responsibilities:oDevelop and implement individual AI agents using Python and relevant frameworks. oMaster prompt engineering techniques to guide agent behavior and ensure desired outcomes. oIntegrate agents with various tools and APIs, including the semantic models from our lakehouse. oImplement and test agent chains or collaborative workflows. oWork on fine-tuning models for specific tasks or persona alignment. Required Skills:

oStrong Python programming oHands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex or Google ADK, MCP, A2A. oDeep understanding of APIs, experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) oFamiliarity with integrating agents with MCP servers, tools."
