Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Familiarity with RESTful services and web service testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in API Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Skill Set: Tools - JIRA, x-ray, Selenium, Ccumber, Postman Tech Stack experience: Rest API Testing, database testing, JAWS (Accessibility Testing) Expected roles and Responsibilities: - experience with full software development life cycle and outcomes - development of test strategy, test plan, test design, test case development, test data preparation, test automation - lead end-to-end test activities with high level of complexity - lead function and non-functional testing - Methodology: Agile, Hybrid, Scrum, project management methods/techniques - standup full QE governance: requirements, approvals, documenation, control gates, audit requirements Nice to have: Service Virtualization, DevOps, Jmeter, TOSCA
