Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address any roadblocks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Java Enterprise Edition, Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Experience with database management systems, particularly relational databases.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.oMust Have 8+ years of experience oResponsible for designing & implementing microservices based solutions and strategy.oShould be able to suggest optimal solutions to the client teams and actively participate in the solution evaluation.oStrong experience of application development with Spring framework. (Spring Boot Web/Security/JPA).oExperience in Java (Java 8) and above development.oExperience in working with build tools like Maven, Gitlab.oExperience in REST web service development using Spring.oExperience with Postgres SQL will be a value add.oShould be able to lead and guide the team on developing solutions.oHands on experience with RDBMS and PostgreSQL databases.oGood to have Life Insurance domain experience. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required.
