Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.- Communicate project status and technical findings effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and business partners. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries solutions.- Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP MM Materials Management and SAP SD Sales and Distribution.- Good To Have Skills: Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including software design, development, testing, and deployment.- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.- This position is based at our Chennai office.
