You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. Oversee the application development process and ensure adherence to project timelines. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Ensure the quality and timely delivery of applications. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microsoft Azure IaaS. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud solutions. Knowledge of Azure networking, storage, and virtualization. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure-related issues. Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Proficient in programming languages such as C# or Java. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS services. Recommendation:Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture. This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
