Must have skills : SAP FI CO Finance Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education is must Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP FI CO Finance applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI CO Finance applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including SOX and GDPR, and maintain a strong focus on data security and privacy. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP FI CO Finance, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance, including configuration, customization, and integration with other modules. Must To Have Skills:Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI CO Finance applications. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FIORI. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of ABAP programming language. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: Must have minimum 15 years of full time education. Must have Good Communication skill. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
