Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Java Enterprise Edition Good to have skills : JavaScript, Spring Boot Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of fulltime education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications, applying expertise in Java and associated frameworks like Spring Boot. Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, employing software engineering methodologies and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions. Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools and other communication channels for clarity and transparency. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Node.js. Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies and best practices. Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins. Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. This position is based at our Pune office. Qualification Minimum 15 years of fulltime education
