Job Summary:Application Lead .NET CoreWe are looking for a highly experienced and self Driven Application Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable Microservices based applications using ASP.NET Core technologies. Based in Bengaluru, this role combines technical leadership who are effective mentors and also Individual contributors.As the technical subject matter expert (SME) in ASP.NET core , Microservices and Postgress, you will act as the primary point of contact for your development team and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include guiding the end-to-end software development lifecycle, driving architectural decisions, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring that project goals align with organizational strategies. You will foster a collaborative team culture while delivering high-quality, performant applications that meet both user expectations and technical standards.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the technical lead and SME for ASP.NET Core development projects and an Individual contributorDevelop, Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers, ensuring task ownership and high performance.Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and PostgreSQL.Define and enforce best practices in code quality, architecture, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth project delivery.Engage in strategic planning to align development efforts with business goals.Lead team meetings, track milestones, and proactively address roadblocks.Contribute solutions to both team-specific and cross-team technical challenges.Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.Participate in and oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards.Act as a mentor to junior developers, promoting continuous learning and technical growth.Required Skills &
Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Microsoft ASP.NET / .NET Core development.Expertise in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture.Proficiency in designing and developing lightweight, distributed systems.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Native) and deployment strategies. is a PlusStrong understanding of web application lifecycle, security best practices, and performance optimization.Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues across environments.Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, version control tools like Git, and DevOps practices is a plus.Additional Information:Location:Bengaluru, IndiaEducation:Minimum 15 years of full-time education requiredWork Model:Hybrid or On-site (as per project requirement) Qualification 15 years full time education
