Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will require effective communication and coordination to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members to enhance overall team performance.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Order to Cash, Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report.- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle PeopleSoft applications.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
