Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet user needs and business objectives. You will engage in discussions to gather requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the organization. You will also mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity in application design and development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
