Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will require to have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and strong shell scripting capabilities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, addressing challenges that arise during the development process, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other tools.- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate logging and monitoring tools.- Write efficient Shell scripts and contribute to automation of routine DevOps tasks.- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform- Troubleshoot issues across dev, staging, and production environments. Proficiency in Kubernetes, shell scripting- Good To Have
Skills:

Proficient with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and experience setting up and managing pipelines.- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Solid understanding and experience in shell scripting (Bash, etc.).- Knowledge of source control tools such as Git.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kubernetes.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
