Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP Basis Administration Good to have skills : Java API for JSON ProcessingMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring smooth communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders- Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure- Experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and maintenance- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts- Hands-on experience in SAP performance tuning Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
