You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely project delivery- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts- Knowledge of software testing methodologies- Hands-on experience with test management tools Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium- no location constraints- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
