Must have skills : Java Enterprise Edition Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Any degree Summary :As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Enterprise Edition-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, liaising with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Oracle Database. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Bachelor's degree or Masters in computer science or equivalent. 1 plus years of programming experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, and Servlets. 1 plus years programming experience in web technologies using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Servlets, XML and XSLT is essential. Experience in RDBMS should be able to understand & design database tables. Development experience using Eclipse IDE. Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and programming and understanding and/or experience with UML. Experience in Windows and Unix environments. Additional Information: The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Knowledge and experience with Cloud-based technologies. Exposure to Software Design Patterns. Experience with any of Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, Apache HTTP Server, Web Service Security. Experience with Spring, Struts and Hibernate. Developing and deploying applications on Azure Az Storage Account, Az app services, Az Functions Logic App, Az AKS, Virtual Machines, Azure Network, Entra ID, Microservices. Scripting,Powershell. DevOps,IaC,Git,ARM, CI or CD pipelines, Docker. Database management and design, data migration and integration. Agile methodology or Scrum,Cloud security/security patterns/tracing, penetration test patterns. Keyvalt and Identity Management Visual Studio,logging Az Dashboard, Az Monitor, Log Analytics, Kusto Query. Disaster Recovery patterns. Object Oriented programming or design, Software design pattern.
