Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Informatica PowerCenter Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : regular 15 years of Education Summary :As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Informatica PowerCenter. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica PowerCenter-based ETL solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for software development, testing, and deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter. Good To Have Skills:Experience in other ETL tools like DataStage, Talend, or SSIS. Experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions for complex data integration scenarios. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Experience in SQL and database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata. Experience in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality ETL solutions.
