Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the business. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
