Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Educational Qualification :Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance module to optimize maintenance operations and asset management processes across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.- Configure and customize SAP PM module (including maintenance planning, execution, and reporting).- Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.- Conduct system testing, data migration, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).- Provide end-user training and documentation.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant maintenance processes.- Stay updated with SAP PM best practices, new releases, and upgrades.- Assist in process improvements and optimization of maintenance workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must to have skill- SAP Plant Maintenance(PM).- SAP PM Certification.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance module.- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to PM.- Experience working in manufacturing, utilities, or heavy asset industries.- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP for report development is a plus.- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) working with SAP PM module.- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance processes such as preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.- Experience in SAP PM configuration including Functional Locations, Equipment, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, and Work Orders.- Familiarity with integration points between PM and other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication skills with ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage projects efficiently.
Additional Information:- Collaborative team environment with regular interactions between business and IT.- May require occasional travel to client sites or multiple plant locations. Qualification
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
