Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Identify and address technical challenges proactively.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.     Skills:
  • Proficiency in Selenium.- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks.- Experience in creating automated test scripts.- Knowledge of software testing methodologies.- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
