Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Actimize Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Actimize. Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. Experience with application configuration and deployment processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Actimize. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
